From aspiring learners to seasoned executives, each tier is crafted to meet you where you are and elevate you to where you aspire to be. Join us in creating a space built for us, by us.

The Tiers of Membership

1. The Learners

  • Who They Are: Junior & Senior College Undergraduates
  • Requirements: Minimum 3.3 GPA, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Technology, or Digital Media.
  • Graduation to Starter: You will automatically progress to Starter tier upon college graduation.

2. The Starters

  • Who They Are: Entry-level Professionals with less than 3 years of experience.
  • Requirements: Entry-level title or position in relevant field.
  • Graduation to Grinder: Surpass 3 years of experience or complete 120 hours of our >1% curriculum or recognized as a top community contributor by a T<1C Community Manager.

3. The Grinders

  • Who They Are: Mid-level Professionals with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Requirements: Mid-level/specialist title, active contribution to the community.
  • Graduation to Leader: Surpass 7 years of experience or get promoted into a Leader role, or recognized as a top community contributor by a T<1C Community Manager.

4. The Leaders

  • Who They Are: Senior Professionals with 7-10+ years of experience.
  • Requirements: Minimum of 7 years in-field experience, at least 1 direct report.
  • Graduation to Founder: Transition to Founder membership by meeting title and revenue requirements of a founder.

5. The Builders

  • Who They Are: C-Suite, Founders with at least $500K minimum annual business revenue.
  • Requirements: C-suite/executive/founder title, business revenue minimum.
